Upon the project confirmation from you the below procedures will take place:
- Sign off of the Layout and the quotation by you as a customer and Cogent as the Contractor
- Sign off of the project contract between both the parties at a sign off ceremony and Unit Keys handover to us by you
- Documents procurements from you as a client to proceed all relevant approval stages
- Material sample boards, mood boards approvals
- Invitation sent to you for a site progress work inspection by us
- Apply for project completion procedures by us to the relevant authorities for final inspections
- Snag works completion
- Hand Over of the project to you with returning your new office key
